All caravans are privately owned and it is a rule of the Park that usage of caravans must only be for the family and close friends of the owners of the caravan. Caravaners are not allowed to let their vans out whilst on the Park.
With the ever increasing improvements to the design and the specification of caravans we have recently changed the life span of caravans at Bron-Y-Wendon.
The age limits of caravans are as follows:
| Price of Caravan £ (see note ) |
Maximum Age In Years |
|
| Less than 25,000 | 10 | |
| 25,000 but less than 40,000 | 13 | |
| 40,000 and over | 15 |
Note: The decision of which price band the caravan would fall into will be determined by the Park and would normally be based on the Ex-works price from the manufacturer including the value of any options specified with the new caravan and the cost of transport to the Park.

As a general rule only new caravans are currently accepted on the Park. We will, from time to time, accept used caravans that are less than one year old, as determined from the date that they were first occupied. The maximum length of stay would still be based on the table above, but with one year deducted.
All caravans must be replaced or removed from the Park once they reach their age limit as shown above.
A connection/disconnection fee is made to cover the siting of caravans and any other work, which is required.
