Park Information

Our small, individual, static park, overlooking the beautiful North Wales coast, has just 20 pitches and could provide you with the perfect choice of holiday park, where you can enjoy long summer breaks and spend leisurely weekends whenever you want.

You will be making a significant financial commitment and to ensure you choose the right caravan we would suggest you take your time and visit the Park on more than one occasion. We want all our owners to enjoy their caravan, the facilities of the Park and the surrounding area. Please do not be persuaded by sales’ teams but sit back and think through your decision in order to ensure you select the right combination of Park and caravan.

We try and facilitate the choice of caravan for our potential owners. The majority of our owners select a caravan from the two local dealers, please see useful links below.

Both these dealers have a large selection of new caravans in stock and if you are unable to find the caravan to your exact specification they can factory order your new caravan.

Park Fees: The site fee for the 2012 season is £2800 and is payable annually in advance. This includes all our annual charges except electricity, which is metered, and gas, which is by bottle and paid for at the time of purchase. An insurance scheme is also provided to ensure that the correct cover is provided and the cost is based on the value of your caravan and contents.

Season: The season currently runs from 1st March to 5th January each year.
